Rezoning Ordinance 25-Z-20 – Orange Ave. & Springhill Rd. (M-1 to C-2)
The Commission adopted a rezoning ordinance changing 2.26 acres at the southwest corner of Orange Avenue and Springhill Road from Light Industrial (M-1) to General Commercial (C-2). This change allows for a broader range of commercial uses on that portion of the parcel. The vote was unanimous.
