Eleventh Amendment to Southwood DRI Integrated Development Order – Day Care Use (MUOC-7)
The Commission approved amending the Southwood Development of Regional Impact order to allow a 10,000 square foot day care facility in the mixed-use commercial area, converting some existing retail square footage to day care use. This change adds child care capacity to the Southwood community.
