The Commission unanimously adopted the FY 2024-2029 Five Year Consolidated Plan and FY 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These plans guide how the city spends federal housing and community development funds. Approval also appropriated associated funding and authorized the City Manager to execute related contracts benefiting low- and moderate-income residents.
