Introduce Ordinance 25-Z-12: Southwood PUD Concept Plan Amendment
The Commission unanimously voted to introduce Ordinance 25-Z-12, which proposes an amendment to the Southwood Planned Unit Development Concept Plan covering approximately 3,322 acres in southeast Tallahassee. The amendment would allow mixed-use office and commercial development within a portion of the PUD. A public hearing on the ordinance was scheduled for August 20, 2025.
