Ordinance 25-Z-06: Rezoning 10.3 Acres on Portland Ave. from R-3 to Hudson Lakes PUD
The Commission unanimously approved a rezoning of 10.3 acres near Portland Avenue and Old Bainbridge Road from Single Family & Two-Family Residential (R-3) to the Hudson Lakes Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning district. Several residents spoke in opposition at the public hearing. The rezoning will allow for new planned development on the site.
