Southwood Development of Regional Impact – Acquire property or obtain transfer agreement within 60 days

The Commission voted 4-1 to direct staff to either acquire a property in the Southwood development or obtain a written agreement for its transfer within 60 days, with the alternative of pursuing Notice of Violation procedures if no agreement is reached. Mayor Dailey's substitute motion to allow more time for St. Joe Company and NextGen Family Group to cure violations without enforcement died for lack of a second.
