FY2026 First-Quarter Budget Update

The Commission accepted the city's first-quarter budget report for fiscal year 2026, approving budget amendments included in the update. The Commission also provided direction for developing the FY2027 Operating Budget and the FY2027–2031 Capital Budget. The vote was unanimous in favor of staff's recommended Option 1. Public commenters raised concerns about budget transparency and opposition to fire service fees.
