“Authorize staff to submit a grant application to the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT), authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the grant application and all related documents, and authorize staff to expend the USDOT Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) grant funding for construction of the proposed Southside Transit Center (SSTC) if awarded.”
