Adopt Ordinance No. 21-Z-27AA – English Property PUD Concept Plan & Concurrency Agreement
The Commission unanimously adopted Ordinance No. 21-Z-27AA, amending the English Property Planned Unit Development (PUD) Concept Plan with conditions from the Planning Commission and four additional staff-recommended conditions. The Commission also approved an accompanying Concurrency and Right-of-Way Donation Agreement. Multiple public speakers raised environmental concerns, particularly regarding karst features and Wakulla Springs water quality.
