TPD Headquarters Construction Project and Northwood Master Planning
The Commission unanimously accepted a staff update on the TPD headquarters construction project and Northwood site master planning, and authorized staff to incorporate a proposed Performing Arts Center into the Northwood master plan. A second unanimous motion also directed activation of the Smith-Williams Center with programming connected to the Performing Arts Center.
