Rezoning Ordinance 21-Z-31 – TR1 Virgil Road LLC (Piney-Z) PUD to R-3
The Commission approved rezoning the TR1 Virgil Road property in the Piney-Z area from PUD to R-3 (Single Family Attached, Detached and Two-Family Residential). Multiple residents spoke in opposition citing traffic concerns on Virgil Road and within the Piney-Z neighborhood. Commissioner Porter had moved to continue the hearing, but a substitute motion by Commissioner Williams-Cox to adopt the ordinance passed 3-2.
