Motion to Direct Staff to Report on Poverty Reduction Goals Used in Other Cities
Commissioner Porter moved, and Commissioner Matlow seconded, to direct staff to prepare an informational item on poverty reduction goals used in other cities and to review the City's existing strategic plan with respect to poverty. The Commission was interested in goal percentages set by other communities and whether any community has successfully achieved such goals. The motion passed unanimously.
