Consent Agenda Items 8.01–8.12

The Commission unanimously approved all twelve consent agenda items covering airport grant agreements, the 2023 meeting schedule, utility contracts, infrastructure easements, subdivision plat approval, and a self-insurance policy revision. Items included FDOT grant agreements for airport improvements, a community aesthetics agreement with FDOT, aqueous ammonia and electric motor service contracts, a transmission allocation agreement, an easement for Maclay Gardens infrastructure, the Claret Village subdivision plat, a Blueprint IGA for Monroe-Adams Corridor water/wastewater improvements, and revisions to Commission Policy 214.
