The Commission unanimously adopted an ordinance rezoning approximately 264.68 acres along Tyron Pass (in the Killearn Country Club area) from Residential Preservation-1 and Residential Preservation-2 zoning to Open Space zoning. A resident spoke in support of the rezoning.
